Notes for audition:
Lord Monotone - Will talk in a monotone voice. (Flat without emotion)
Lord Capitulate - Will break out in dance randomly thinking he is the best dancer ever!
Capitulate - Pronounced - cu (as in cub without the b) /pitch / you / late
The kisses will all be censored (behind a silly sign, so no actual kissing)
There will be sword fighting - with balloon swords
Narrator 1/2 - These characters are major characters that stay on the stage for the majority of the show with only minor breaks.
There are a lot of male parts. I'm doing gender blind casting for the most part. This means if a female presenting performer is willing to play a male part (without swapping the gender of the character to female) I'd be happy to cast them for the role.
Juliet will probably wear a wig for the wedding scene.
